Job Description

    We are looking for a talented and hardworking Commis I North Indian Cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the CDP in preparing authentic North Indian dishes while ensuring high food quality and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing authentic North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, kebabs, biryanis, rotis, and dals. Ensure proper marination and spice blending for rich flavors. Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Follow HACCP and food safety standards to ensure hygienic food preparation. Properly store and label food items to prevent contamination. Support the CDP and DCDP in daily kitchen operations. Assist in cutting, chopping, marination, and mise en place for North Indian dishes. Work efficiently during busy meal periods to ensure timely food service. Monitor and report stock levels of essential North Indian ingredients such as spices, dairy products, and dry fruits. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred). 12 years of experience in a professional kitchen, specializing in North Indian cuisine. Strong knowledge of tandoor operations, curries, and traditional North Indian spices. Good teamwork and communication skills. Work Environment & Benefits: Full-time position with rotational shifts.
