Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide customer support through voice(inbound calls).
Handling domestic customer inquiries
Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory
1-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via calls.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Any graduates/post-graduates

Job Details:

Work from office
Any 6 days of working
Any 1 day of Week off
Shift- 24*7 ( Majority Day shits)
Rotational Shifts/ Week-off
Salary upto 19 CTC in-hand: 14.5K
Location- Gurgaon
