Job Title: Customer Support Associate Banking Process(Domestic)

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working
• 2 split week offs
• Rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Age limit: below 29 years
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory

Facilities:

• No cab facility provided

Salary:

• Freshers: 2.4 LPA
• Experienced: 2.7 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to banking services via voice process
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to compliance guidelines
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and week offs
