Job Description
Position : BFSI TrainerLocation : Chennai
Experience : Min 1 Year
Salary : 30,000 PM
Role & Responsibility
1Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
2Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.
3Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.
4Counseling students as when required to enable their placements in jobs
5Mathematical and analytical approach for center improvement
6Support and lead center Processes
CTQ
Education Qualification
Graduate/UnderGraduate in any discipline.
Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory)
Knowledge for Banking and financials are required with an experience of 1 year and above
Should not have MTI issue.
Candidate who is comfortable to go in the community and can convince students for the course.
Training Experience is desirable.
