Job Description
- We are a leading battery and inverter manufacturing company, launching a confidential energy-tech project from our R&D facility in Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi. We are seeking a Backend Developer passionate about building real-time control and monitoring systems for industrial and energy applications. Youll be among the founding technical team to develop a lightweight, high-performance backend to manage connected energy devices (batteries, inverters, relays, sensors). Responsibilities: Build and manage REST APIs (Flask/FastAPI) Integrate device communication via MQTT and Modbus Manage local database (SQLite/PostgreSQL) for telemetry and control data Implement data validation, state logic, and basic security layers Collaborate closely with hardware and embedded teams Requirements: 25 years of experience with Python backend frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) Experience in MQTT communication, Modbus RTU/TCP preferred Comfortable with database management (SQLite/PostgreSQL) Hands-on with IoT protocols or real-time systems is a bonus Must be able to work on-site at NSP, Delhi Compensation: Competitive for the role + performance bonuses for key milestone completions Type: full-time opportunity Confidentiality: NDAs will be signed before the project briefing.
