We are looking for an Executive Assistant to CHRO

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Executive Support:
• Provide high-level administrative and strategic support
• Manage calendar, scheduling and coordination of meetings
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews
• Act as a liaison between CHRO and internal/external stakeholders

1. Project Management:
• Oversee and track HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution
• Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor key deliverables
• Drive HR transformation projects, process improvements and digital HR initiatives
• Collaborate with HR teams and business units to align project goals with organizational priorities

1. HR Strategy & Analytics:
• Assist in preparing HR strategy documents, policies, and frameworks
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare insights for workforce planning and decision making

1. Stakeholders & Communication Management:
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external HR communications
• Coordinate leadership meetings, townhalls and HR governance forums
• Draft key messages, HR policies and communication decks for CHRO-led initiatives
