Job Description
- Responsibilities: Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. Writing automation test scripts and incorporating them into the DevOps pipeline. Writing test cases to constantly increase test coverage across the systems. Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. Manage the team and drive towards quality and on time deliveries. Have People management skills Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field. 8+ years of experience in the software quality control and assurance field. 3+ years in the field of Mobile app /Web Automation testing with API automation Should have experience in fast pace Agile development process. Should have prior experience in using popular test management and defect management tools such as Jira, Confluence etc. Should have the ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, defect reports. Fair knowledge of and experience in Database Management System (SQL/NoSQL) Must have experience using Selenium/ Appium, JMeter Must have experience in e-commerce and banking domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work with, coach and mentor QA/QC Engineers.,
