Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing for mid-to-senior-level roles, with a focus on digital skills hiring (2025%). This role will be critical in building a strong talent pipeline to meet our fast-growing business needs across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Use advanced sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.
- Focus on building a pipeline for digital and technology-related roles (2025% of the overall hiring).
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications and culture fit.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing effectiveness and market intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing for digital and tech roles.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to present sourcing metrics and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services or product-based companies.
- Exposure to diversity hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with digital transformation roles
