Job Description
-
Manage payroll processing including attendance validation, salary calculation, reimbursements, and final settlements
-
Ensure timely statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws
-
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports like headcount, attrition, and monthly dashboards
-
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
-
Maintain employee records, documents, and HRIS database updates
-
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support in grievance handling
-
Assist in performance appraisal processes and help track KRA/KPIs
-
Collaborate with finance and operations teams for HR documentation and audits
-
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
-
Handle exit formalities and conduct employee exit interviews
-
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR/Management); MBA in HR is an advantage

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll processes

Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and report generation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
