Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Motherhood Hospitals is looking for a Mobile App Product Manager who is patient-focused, data-savvy and experienced in defining product strategy, product roadmaps, and overseeing product development. You will be responsible for shaping and creating the whole product life cycle, roadmap, user acquisition and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and execution for our App
- Define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business impact
- Gather requirements and prioritize features
- Oversee UI/UX and testing
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, compliance, and medical experts to deliver world class features
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.
- Track app performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the app space.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in engineering
2. 5+ years of total experience in a B2C mobile product management role preferably from healthcare/health tech
- Proven ability to ship and scale mobile apps in sensitive or regulated industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless development and alignment
- Comfortable working with clinical stakeholders and translating technical or medical concepts into user-first experiences
- Proficient in using product management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification: Any Degree/Master's
