About The Position
Maropost is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team in India office and help us build functional systems that improve customer experience

What You Will Be Responsible For
Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities

Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to complex (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility

Acts as the technical liaison between operations teams, engineers, and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability

Participates in the design, implementation, and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure solutions

Actively monitors and publishes the availability plan, discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business

Monitors application/database performance and recommends changes

What You Will Bring To Maropost
4+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure

A degree in B.Tech/BE required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Should have hands on experience in cloud technologies, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Should have working experience in docker containers and Dockerfile
Should have working experience in Kubernetes orchestration

Should have working experience with infrastructure orchestration tools (Terraform)
Should have working experience in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible)
Should have working experience in CI/CD pipelines, software-automation production systems (Build Kite, Jenkins,)
Should have understanding on versioning tools like Git, GitHub or Bitbucket
Should have working experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
Should have good understanding in UNIX based operating systems
