Job Description

Develop and manage a robust distributor and dealer network across assigned districts.

Identify new markets and appoint reliable, high-potential channel partners.
-
Drive primary and secondary sales through field visits, retailer mapping, and sales planning.
-
Execute local-level marketing activities, trade promotions, and retailer meets.
-
Conduct site visits, generate leads from contractors and electricians.
-
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
-
Conduct market surveys, data analysis, and reporting.
-
Provide regular feedback to management for decision-making.
-
Ensure product availability, visibility, and branding at counters.
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-
Manage existing distributor relationships and resolve field issues proactively.
-
45 years of experience in electrical/construction material sales (PVC conduits, pipes, electrical fittings preferred)
-
Must reside in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and know the geography well.

Proven experience in channel development and management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and lead distributor sales teams.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willing to travel extensively across districts.

Territory Sales Manager - Eastern UP
Location: Eastern Uttar Pradesh (candidate must be based in the region)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in electrical sales, preferably conduit pipes, fittings, and accessories
Industry: Electricals / PVC Conduit / Building Materials
