We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the beverages segment. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of field sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Execute field sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and distribution goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends
Handle order booking, follow-ups, and ensure timely collections
Implement company sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the assigned territory
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback to management
Minimum 12 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the beverages or FMCG industry
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
