Relationship manager in AXIS MAX LIFE INSURANCE 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

• Conduct sales presentations and product training for bank employees.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree 

• Proven experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance channels.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
