Job Description
- Understanding Staffing Needs: Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, skill sets, and desired cultural fit for open positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, including online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a qualified pool of candidates.
- Resume Screening and Application Review: Evaluating applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Interview Coordination and Conduct: Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assessing candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Negotiating Offers: Working with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary resources and support.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with the consultancy's overall business goals.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
