Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR/HR Manager at RIMT University in Mandi Gobindgarh. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and development programs. The Assistant Manager HR/HR Manager will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment. Qualifications Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Master/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the education sector.,
