Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
• Manage and deliver projects based on .NET and Java technologies from initiation to completion.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress using tools like MS Project and Azure Boards.
2. Cloud Technology Expertise:
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to drive project innovations and efficiencies.
• Understand and implement CI/CD pipelines, including the setup and prerequisites for seamless integration and deployment.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve project issues to maintain project momentum.
5. Industry Expertise:
• Apply domain knowledge of the Banking and Insurance sectors to tailor solutions to industry-specific challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Banking and Insurance sectors
