Job Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
• Design, customize, and implement workflows, business rules, and UI actions as per requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Ensure proper integration with third-party tools and external systems.
• Perform regular updates, testing, and patch management for ServiceNow applications.
• Provide support for ServiceNow modules, resolving technical issues and implementing enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows.
