Job Summary
TCS is looking for experienced ServiceMax professionals to work on implementation, customization, and support of ServiceMax Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize field service operations using ServiceMax on Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of ServiceMax solution
- Customize ServiceMax modules including:
- Work Orders
- Service Contracts
- Installed Base
- Parts & Inventory Management
- Develop and maintain ServiceMax configurations on Salesforce platform
- Perform technical development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Integrate ServiceMax with external systems (SAP, ERP, Middleware)
- Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax FSM
- Solid experience on Salesforce platform
- Salesforce development skills: Apex, SOQL, Flows
- Experience in ServiceMax configuration & customization
- Understanding of field service business processes
Good to Have
- ServiceMax Certified Professional
- Salesforce FSL exposure
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Manufacturing or Utilities domain experience
