ServiceNow ITSM Developer @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
• Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other configurations.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
• Ensure ServiceNow best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Maintain ServiceNow documentation and provide user training when necessary.
