- Marketing Staffs Ladies / Gents Interior Designing and Building Maintenance Marketing Marketing, Finding New Jobs and Supervising Site Works Basic Salary plus Commission Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Visit potential customers for new business. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales. Identify new markets and business opportunities. Project Planning, Monitoring & scheduling, Managing Resources & tracking of different materials & Resources. Monitor the relevant work information to enable claims for work activities to be detailed for valuations. Review cost estimates for new work. Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern or increased delivery costs. Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance implementing corrective action requests where necessary. Skills Bike Licence Excellent Marketing Skills, Fresh Candidates / Experienced Candidates Excellent communication skills A confident and determined approach Self-motivation and drive A competitive streak Basic computer skills and able to use basic functions of M/S Office Suite for reports and time and record keeping Presentation, Prospecting, and Client Relationships Skill.
