Job Description

The presales consultant will work closely with Ignitho s sales and technical teams, providing valuable insights and solutions to potential clients. This role involves a strategic approach to understanding client needs and aligning Ignitho s service offerings accordingly. This requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales and technical team to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
Deliver presentations/ demonstrations to clients and answer technical queries during the sales process.
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, and their industries, including competitor research.
Gain valuable information through client and internal conversations which can be used effectively to improve the offering and increase sales closure rates.
Encourage clients to buy more through proactive cross selling and upselling.

Requirements and Skills

Must have proven experience in a presales role within the IT services industry.
Bachelor s degree in engineering or computer science.
Additional qualifications in business or marketing will be a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments.
