Job Description

  • The Team Lead Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on billing software solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Hire, Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team s product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless post-sales support.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to assess team and individual effectiveness.
  • Implement corrective measures and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on billing software solutions (experience in billing software sales is a strong advantage).
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
