Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Measure & monitor people performance for both input metrics & sales targets.
Manage a team of 6-12 agents.
Audit calls to identify improvement areas of the team.
Do training need identification and get it done with the training team.
Speak with prospects, take 2nd voice and convert into sales.

Key Requirement:-

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales for sales process and managing team.
Good at objection handling, negotiation & lead management.
Detail oriented with good knowledge of feedback sharing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification - B.Com / M.com / B.Tech / MBA preferred

Job Location : Noida
Reporting to : Manager - Sales
Working Days : 6 days (Mon to Sat)
