Job Description

    Job Title : International Customer Support Representative 

    Experience Required : 2 +Years

    Location : Chennai ( Work from office)

    Employment Type: Full time 

    Shift Timing : 6.30PM to 3.30AM9Both the way cab will be provided)

     

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our global customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across different channels.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide support for products/services to customers from international markets 
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
    • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer experience
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures

     Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in international customer support (voice/chat/email)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle global customers
    • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
    • Basic technical knowledge is a plus
