  • Position overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing large AR teams within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or U.S. medical billing industry. As the Associate Director AR, will be responsible for leading a sizable team, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the timely and accurate collection of revenue.

Job Responsibilities :-

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Accounts Receivable team, ensuring efficient billing processes and timely collections.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and reduce days in accounts receivable.
  • Leverage industry best practices and innovative approaches to enhance cash flow and minimize claim denials.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Billing, Coding, and Operations to streamline workflows and maximize revenue outcomes.
  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and healthcare policy changes impacting revenue cycle management.

Skills Required :-

  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in the RCM or U.S. medical billing industry, specifically in Accounts Receivable, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large AR teams, with a span of control of at least 500 individuals.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle processes, billing systems, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt effectively to industry changes.

Education :- Graduate (Any stream), Postgraduate in management (preferred)

Employment Type :- Full Time, Permanent. Night Shift

Skills :- Usual Customary Reasonable (Medical Billing)
