Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer calls and chat in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, or other written communication platforms
  • Provide accurate information related to products, services, or orders
  • Log and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, response time, customer satisfaction)

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 0 to1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support environment
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and handle work pressure in a fast-paced environment
