Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and chat in a professional manner
Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, or other written communication platforms
Provide accurate information related to products, services, or orders
Log and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards
Achieve individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, response time, customer satisfaction)

Skills and Qualifications:

0 to1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support environment
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to multitask and handle work pressure in a fast-paced environment
