Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter (C2H) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source and attract qualified IT candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, and social media.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for contract-to-hire positions.
  • Negotiate offers and work with HR and legal teams on onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and passive candidates.
  • Stay updated on latest technology trends and job market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience hiring for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VMS tools and client portals.
  • Previous experience supporting MSP accounts or large enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to contract hiring.
