Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter (C2H) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and build a strong pipeline of candidates for various IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
- Source and attract qualified IT candidates using job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, and social media.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Coordinate technical interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for contract-to-hire positions.
- Negotiate offers and work with HR and legal teams on onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and passive candidates.
- Stay updated on latest technology trends and job market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
- Proven experience hiring for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with VMS tools and client portals.
- Previous experience supporting MSP accounts or large enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to contract hiring.
