We have an urgent requirement for a Manager Talent Acquisition in Bangalore and Gujarat/ Mumbai.


Role Summary:


A Talent Acquisition Manager is tasked with identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet the company's strategic objectives. Talent Acquisition Manager develops and implements a robust talent acquisition strategy that not only addresses immediate hiring needs but also anticipates future demands. Their responsibilities extend beyond mere recruitment; they are involved in crafting the employer brand, enhancing the candidate experience, and fostering a culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent.

A Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic partner to the business, contributing to its success by bringing in the right people at the right time. He/she should have extensive knowledge of the market and the latest recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process and making it more efficient and effective.


Role & responsibilities


  • Developing Recruitment Strategies: Crafting comprehensive plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Leading Employment Branding Initiatives: Establishing and promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Overseeing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job fairs.
  • Conducting Interviews: Leading the interview process to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Ensuring Positive Candidate Experience: Creating a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Employee Retention and Development: Implementing strategies to retain top talent and aid in their professional growth.
  • Supervising Recruiting Personnel: Managing the talent acquisition team and ensuring they have the necessary tools and training.
  • Participating in Career Fairs and Events: Representing the company at events to network and attract potential candidates.
  • Analyzing Recruitment Metrics: Using data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Proficiency in HR core principles and practices, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to make informed decisions and improve hiring strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and workforce needs.
  • Adept in managing stakeholder expectations and articulate candidate value propositions effectively.
  • Proficiency in evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and the organization.
  • Hands-on using social media and job boards effectively for talent sourcing and branding.
