Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis (Role - Incentive Management & Reporting Achievement of Sales Teams) Key Objective / Purpose of Job: Incentive Management & Reporting Achievement of Sales Teams across the globe Drive improvements, automation & stakeholderinteractions Major Activities: Manage a team as well as contribute individually Owning end to end global process of Incentives and Achievement Reporting of Sales Teams Ensure publishing of achievement reports as per established calendar and handling queries Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures & processes, IFC, Internal & External Audit requirements Be involved in plan discussions with teams across the company. Provide constructive ideas to drive sales while maintaining adequate controls Preparation of reconciliations & control files Accruals and amortization of incentives, variance analysis Maintain master files aligning hierarchies & targets to maintain accurate reporting Identify, drive & implement process improvements, automations, automated dashboards EssentialQualifications: CA / CWA / CS / MBA (Finance) Requisite Skills: Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle) Good command in Excel, MS office Strong analytical skills Functional: Finance background with good analytical & presentation and interaction skills Handled performance reporting & incentive calculation process Ensured audit Compliance & implemented controls & reviews Involved in process automation Drive new ideas & process improvements, document processes Behavioural: Good communication & interaction skills with senior management Organized, able to prioritize work & adhere to timeline Ability to interact with top management Ability to manage ambiguity & provide solutions / alternatives,
