We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable Wi-Fi connection. This position involves preparing presentations, managing data, and supporting internal operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Create and format professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint (80% proficiency required).
Handle data entry, basic data analysis, and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel (60% proficiency required).
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and letters using Microsoft Word (60% proficiency required).
Assist various departments in administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet (Wi-Fi) connection.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (minimum 80%).
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word (minimum 60%).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in a back office, administrative, or data entry role (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic understanding of office procedures and data privacy policies.
