Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support / Chat Support Executive to assist users of our IT software products. The role involves responding to customer queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring smooth user experience through chat and online support channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, or email
• Provide clear and quick responses
• Update customer details in the system
• Follow scripts/process and escalate issues when required

Required Skills

• Any graduate or 12th pass can apply for this role.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using MS Office, handling chat tools)
• Good written communication
• Ability to multitask
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Willing to learn processes quickly
