Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years
Industry: Hospitality (Star-category hotel experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Gender: Open to all genders

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in a 3-star or higher rated property.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospitality CRM tools.
