Job Description
The Project Manager is a liaison between eClinicalWorks internal teams and the practice. This individual is expected to have the ability to create and execute project work plans and revise plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements of our clients. This individual is tasked with risk management and mitigation both internal and external. Manage customer relationship, expectations, project scoping, planning, execution, assessment and closure within the Post Implementation team.
Nightshift - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Own multiple accounts from activation until project closure.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Effectively apply eClinicalWorks methodology and enforces project standards.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Hold regular status meetings with project team.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to project team.
- Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure that the project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Set and manages client expectations.
- Understand customer limitations and propose alternatives / workarounds.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
- Basic Knowledge of MYSQL, MS Office, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing is preferred.
- Self-Discipline & Self-motivated and able to work with limited oversight.
- Good listener and an effective communicator.
- Inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Work under pressure and able to prioritize work.
- Ready to work in Night Shift & be available as per the business requirement.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Have good presentation skills (PowerPoint presentations).
- Good Analytical and Decision-Making Skills
- Punctual, Consistent and Flexible (Has to be flexible to work in different shifts or extend when required by business).
- Knowledge of five phases of project management which are initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closure for individual & Team projects.
