Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Looking for Business Development Manager with 5-10 yrs exp. in the domain of Electronic Security (E-Surveillance) - Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intrusion detection
• Add new clients /logos for SITC project (Supply. Installation, Testing and Commissioning) for electronic security system
• Should have extensive experience in acquiring projects related System Integration of electronic security system (CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm, Intrusion detection)
• The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. He/She must have deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with partners
• Knowledge of Building Management System (BMS)
• Good Network (Architect, Builders, Real Estate, Project Consultants)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Devise business plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned geographical region.
• Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
• Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
• Build strong relationships with partners
