Job Description
Position: Sales Manager Home Loans
Location: Hyderabad & Lucknow
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (Home Loan Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-quality, company-generated leads for Home Loan products and manage the process end-to-end, from login to disbursement.
Assess and evaluate diverse customer profiles, including salaried, self-employed, and non-professional clients.
Conduct comprehensive customer verification through visits to business premises, residences, and collateral properties to ensure ownership and accountability.
Identify customer requirements, explain suitable loan products, and effectively convert prospects into successful disbursements.
Manage the complete home loan lifecycle, including documentation, project updates, and site visits as required.
Provide accurate, timely, and transparent information to customers throughout the lending process.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project approvals and submission of financial and technical documentation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with leading banks and financial institutions.
Counsel home buyers on available home loan options, benefits, eligibility, and product suitability.
Follow up with banks and financial institutions to ensure faster processing and timely disbursement of loans.
Review and analyze customer CIBIL reports and financial eligibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong background in sales and marketing, preferably within financial services.
Proven experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Highly proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
Presentable personality with a hardcore sales and performance-driven mindset.
