Senior Digital Implementation Lead @ ATPI Group

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage digital implementations for clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  
• Conduct stakeholder management activities to ensure effective communication and buy-in from key stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  
• Develop presentation materials (e.g., reports, dashboards) using tools like GDS/Online Booking Tool to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  
• Ensure system integration testing is conducted thoroughly during implementations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in digital implementation projects, preferably in travel & tourism industry.
  
• Strong understanding of GDS/Online Booking Tool and ability to work with various systems integration testing methodologies.
  
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to create engaging visualizations using relevant software (e.g., Presentation Skills).
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
