Business Development Executive @ SAG Infotech

Job Description

Primary Role

• Lead Generation, business growth though calls, social media & New Lead for the Company
• Contacting potential clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums
• Provide Online software demonstration, installation and self-support to the clients
• Improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Follow ups and after sales support for 3 months for the new clients

Secondary Role

• Handle software related customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
• Contribution in providing technical support to the customers.

Skills

• Should have good marketing skills as well as technical knowledge
• Good with written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and with pleasing personality.
• Basic knowledge of Computer

Work Form Field

Candidate Preferably from base (Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Bangalore) location.

MUST HAVE LOCAL LANGUAGE AS MOTHER TOUNGE.
