Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team
• The Recruiter will be responsible from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for finding the right talent

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various platforms (eg job boards, social media, professional networks)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles specifications
• Conduct initial resume reviews and screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members
• Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, in alignment with company criteria and budget
• Manage rejection communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in internal database, hiring metrics, and reports
• Regularly analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to inform future recruitment strategies
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand the requirements assigned
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Fresher to 8months
• Education: Any field graduate willing to pursue their career in HR Recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
