Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team across Airoli, Thane, and Rabale locations. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Odia, Bengali, or Gujarati, in addition to Hindi or English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed product/service information and address customer queries effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports and update sales progress to the team leader/manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with prior sales experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to speak at least one of the following languages is mandatory:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Odia
- Bengali
- Gujarati
- Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Airoli, Thane, and Rabale.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or telesales.
- Experience in sectors like telecom, retail, financial services, or consumer goods.
