Job Description
This position is critical as it directly impacts the productivity and quality of services delivered by the organization. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing maintenance procedures, managing maintenance budgets, and leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
Supervising and managing the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment and facility upkeep.
Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to acquire high-quality services and materials for maintenance projects.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs.

Requirements
Qualification Required-Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,IT,Diploma,
Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Work Industry-Automobile,Manufacturing,Aerospace,aeronautical
Skills-Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
