Job
Design and Mange level 3 support for data center services
Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes, and executing any configuration changes as approved by customer
Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities
Key Spoc for Design, Incident, Problem Change Management
Resolve Customer Escalations
Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
Drive and execute changes, ensure zero errors and change failuer
About you
Ideal candidates will use their passion for Network Management Design and Implementation phase
Qualification and Work Experience:
BE/BTech/BSc in Telecommunication or relevant
Must have 10+ years experience handson on Cisco Nexus 7K, 9K and recent DC devices
Expert in Routing protocol, Load balancers, DC operations
Should know monitoring tools and basics Expert in TCP Dump Analysis, Packet tracing
Should identify, troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across customer setup If any service impacting incident is not resolved within 30min, then it will be ensured that concerned OEM engineer is available on-site at customer central location
Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration
Experienced in BFSI sector, should have experitise in high pressure environment
Certifications:
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (Routing/Switching/Datacenter)
ITIL Certified
