Job Description

Production Management:

• Plan and execute daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor press shop and fabrication operations including shearing, bending, punching, welding, and assembling.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across machines and operations.
• Ensure optimum utilization of materials and minimize waste.
  

Quality Control:

• Monitor production output for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Implement corrective actions in case of process deviations or defects.
• Coordinate with the Quality department for inspections and process audits.Role & responsibilities
