Job Description

In this role your primary responsibility is to solution, develop, and implement effective ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and development teams, to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in ServiceNows capabilities and best practices will enable you to develop a scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall service management. Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into ServiceNow technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to drive successful implementations.
Mentor Developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively propose innovative solutions and new features that drive business value.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field for 3-5 years
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on building custom applications, Integrations, and workflows.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.
Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog, categories, items, and request workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration HUB and data exchange mechanisms.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with other ServiceNow custom application development and portal development.
JavaScript, Business Rules, Server-side scripting, Client-side Scripting, Script Includes, service catalog, widgets, scheduled jobs, email notifications, reporting and dashboards.
