Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify and onboard new agents/partners for Life or Health Insurance sales.

2. Drive sales through the agency network in the assigned territory.

3. Support and mentor agents to ensure consistent performance.

4. Maintain healthy relationships with partners for sustained business.

5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.

6. Regular reporting of sales performance and funnel management.
