Role: IT Technical Writer(4-7 Years)

Responsibilities :

• Requirement gathering for creation of IT Service / Product catalogs
• Documentation of IT Services / Products
• Documentation of Key notes, Product / Service release
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
• Proficient in collaborating with Technical & Leadership teams
• Participates in projects/operations meetings

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in information technology / information Science or any related stream
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of IT Service / Product Delivery models & frameworks
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Writer
• I verall experience of around 4-5 years in the IT Services arenaI
