Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned technology and business leader with 18+ years of global experience, preferably from a top 5 consulting or IT services firm. The ideal candidate should have successfully led large teams (100+ members) and demonstrated excellence in end-to-end delivery ownership and enterprise-scale program management.

Key Experience Skills Required:

Strong domain expertise in Payments and BFSI is a must
Proven track record in driving digital transformation and AI-led initiatives
Experience in managing large, complex programs with global delivery teams
Deep expertise in client engagement, presales, and delivery leadership
Hands-on experience in account management and PL ownership
Strong focus on people management and organizational alignment
Ability to drive strategic outcomes and deliver measurable business value

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can align technology delivery with business goals across large-scale, global engagements.
