Analyze Existing E2open Implementation: Deep-dive into E2open s Partner Compensation and Incentives module, Truedata, Truepay/PPI modules identifying core features, configurations, and custom-built components.
Identify Customizations vs. Standard Functionality: Document custom workflows, reports, data integrations, and rule-based incentives that have been developed beyond E2open s out-of-the-box capabilities.
Data and Reporting Analysis: Review E2open s data models, reports, and analytics dashboards to determine whether they meet business requirements or require enhancement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with finance, sales operations, channel management, and IT teams to gather business requirements and identify pain points with the current E2open setup.
Evaluate Alternative Solutions: Research potential E2open enhancements, third-party solutions, or custom-built platforms that could better support evolving partner compensation needs.
Develop Transition Strategy: Provide recommendations on whether to optimize, replace, or customize E2open further, ensuring seamless migration or integration with other systems.
Support Implementation: Assist in vendor selection, proof-of-concept testing, and transition planning for any new solution.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with E2open s Partner Compensation Incentives Management module or overall on E2Open
Strong understanding of partner incentive structures, rebates, and payout calculations within E2open.
Experience in E2open configuration, custom rule definition, and system integration with Custom/ERP/CRM platforms.
Ability to analyze E2open s reporting and data models to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities.
Strong business process mapping and documentation skills to clearly articulate system functionality and required improvements.
Experience in evaluating alternative PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and compensation platforms is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
