Good in writing Oracle SQL queries
Good understanding of Banking (mainly retail banking)
Very Good in communication ( verbal and written).
Very good in Analysis. Should be able to analyse complaints raised by customer and send proper response to them.
Should be able to identify pattern of issues and coordinate with Dev team to get it fixed.
